DECEASED ESTATES DEPARTMENT

Our Deceased Estates Department will guide you through the different stages of winding up an estate of your spouse or loved-one. We handle submittal of documents to the Master of the High Court and advertising in the local newspaper and Government Gazette. We handle payments of outstanding accounts to creditors and collect funds from debtors owed to the estate.

We are experienced in finalised the estate’s Liquidation and Distribution Account, which we submit to the Master of the High Court for approval, prior to ensuring all heirs, legatees and beneficiaries are provided for, as per the last will and testament of the deceased.
